Working with Brian Rea and the rest of the team at Prestige was great. With how weird the market is right now, I scheduled a test drive because I saw they had a car I was interested in listed as "in transit" when I arrived, Brian set up the car for me to test and explained the main differences between it and the one we wanted. We loved the vehicle so we put down a deposit. Brian kept us informed of the status of our vehicle and when it arrived set up a time for us to come pick it up. I haven't bought a car in over a decade and I remembered hating the experience because of high-pressure tactics but they didn't try that here. The price we talked about when I gave my deposit was the same price it was when we got there. No surprises. They listed some of the other options, but only went in-depth on those I asked for detail on. Brian walked me around my car, showing me all of the main features. He even offered to help me hook up my phone (but as someone who sold phones, I had a lot of experience here). In the end, I am a happy new Subaru owner and cannot speak highly enough about Prestige Subaru or Brian Rea in particular.

I want to write a review On Dani D'Allesandro. I was referred by my coworker to see her. I was greeted with a smile and found her to be personable and knowledgeable. I had a budget in mind with my trade and she worked with me. The manager and Dani went above and beyond to make the deal happen. I recommend her & this dealership. Very happy.

Recently had our 2023 Forester Wilderness serviced. The service department was both friendly and professional. They always take the time to explain any necessary repairs and recommendations. The waiting area is clean and refreshments, especially the coffee, in the morning made the short wait easy. I was in and out at the estimated time and I’m grateful For the way, they handle their business. Outstanding customer service!!!!

It's a very friendly, low- to no-pressure environment where they keep you informed every step of the way in your decision to lease or purchase--from the call center all the way to upper management & finance. After dealing with other dealerships and their "salesmen", I decided to try Prestige. DAN CAREY IS THE BEST !! Honest, courteous, knowledgeable, informative and very helpful. He was A True Pleasure To Deal With; therefore I decided to purchase my first Subaru from Dan at Prestige. Antonio, the manager, was very courteous and welcoming. He took the time to introduce himself and have a conversation ( he didn't hide behind a wall). The accessibility of management proves alot to a customer.. Their service center team is exceptional. I have been bringing my Subaru here for its annual checkups since 2018 and their staff are knowledgeable, empathetic and puts customer first. Most recently, I had a nail in my tire and although they were backlogged, Angelina was able to have both the rear tires replaced and the car ready for pickup the same day.

We were trading in a Jeep after 10 good years for a new ride. Research brought us to Subaru among the top competitors. Our first stop to Prestige was test driving new and certified used and we fell in love. Our sales person, Dan Carey, was everything we wanted from a dealership representative. Friendly, knowledgeable, informative with no pressure to buy. The Forester touring edition sells itself! We could not be happier that the process only took 5 days start to finish and we got a great car for a great price.

My daughter was looking for a newer car and saw a few online that she liked & were in her price range. We drove over to Prestige and had the great fortune of working with Dan Carey. He was amazing! He showed my daughter exactly what she wanted to see in the price range she could afford. At no time did we feel pressured. It was a truly pleasant experience! Dan explained things clearly and really took time to answer our questions. He was personable and such a pleasure to work with. My daughter left smiling and loving her new vehicle! Thank you, Dan!
